Unable to install monstra CMS on Debian Sqeeze

Hello guys. I wanna try monstra cms, but I cannot install it. Any permissions are correct, sqlite3 package are installed, php and apache configured well (other cms, like wp, works pretty fine). When I fill all forms and press Install button, nothing is happens Also, this server is installed on virtualbox with bridge, but I think, this isn't important. Can anyone help me? I tried to find some information about this issue in google yet, but didn't found anything useful. Sorry for my english, I'm russian speaker.
